Transforming Transportation

Can FIRST LEGO League teams transform the way we look at transportation? The key to the 2009 “Smart Move” Challenge is accessing people, places, goods and services in the safest, most efficient way possible. In this journey, teams will consider many modes of transportation beyond their daily routine and streamline their options by making smart moves!

Team Registration

Registration for the 2009 Smart Move season opens on May 4, 2009



Important Registration Information

To ensure that your team’s registration and ordering process is correct and complete, and to prevent possible confusion, please take time to carefully read the sections below.

  • Register early. A dramatic surge in registration/orders begins mid-August. If you place your order during this rush, expect at least a two-week turnaround for delivery once LEGO Education/Spectrum receives your payment.
  • Purchase Robot Set and Field Setup Kit early. FLL Materials (Robot Set and Field Setup Kit) are not included in the Team Registration fee. FLL Materials must be ordered by the close of registration, but are subject to product availability. Due to this reason, we highly recommend that every team purchase the Field Setup Kit early.
